Offering professional services delivered with a personal touch, my goal is to take the intimidation out of the home buying process, serving as your advocate, mentor, coach and negotiator, guiding you through every step of the process. I’ll connect you to the incredible array of financing options available through Sunset Mortgage, our in-house lending service, and help you take advantage of government programs designed to help first-time buyers purchase homes with little or no down payment.

If you’re a buyer with a non-traditional income source or a less-than-perfect credit history, I’ll link you with the right programs to obtain financing. When you find that home you adore, I will help you write a contract that includes buyer safeguards, such as inspections and financing contingencies, and I’ll stay on top of every detail until the keys to your new home are in your hand.
